  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, we will make a move-in appointment at your earliest convenience.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require a 30 day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued ID (examples: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and proof of vehicle insurance.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    We only offer 6-month and 12-month lease terms due to current demand.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing, you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces, or do I need an appointment?

    Please call ahead. Let us know what time is convenient for you and we can schedule a tour.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    You will receive a lock when you sign your lease.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, furniture and other household items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
